SECANT Joins Forces in 'SecureCyber Cluster – Enhancing Cybersecurity' Initiative
A pivotal moment arises within the cybersecurity landscape as the SECANT project, a key participant in the fight against cyber threats in the EU, joins hands with other EU-funded projects to inaugurate the “SecureCyber Cluster”. This pioneering collaboration, officially launched online, unites various cybersecurity projects under a singular umbrella to bolster collective efforts against evolving threats.
At the forefront of this collaborative effort, SECANT joins forces with other projects, forming a robust alliance under the ‘SecureCyber Cluster.’ Spearheaded by a Communication Task Force, this initiative aims to harmonize expertise, foster knowledge-sharing, and magnify the impact of diverse cybersecurity ventures.
Already engaged in joint seminars, workshops, webinars and the Horizon Results Booster programme, the cluster endeavours to spread awareness and propagate best practices in cybersecurity. The horizon anticipates further synergies commencing from January 2024.
The SECANT project, among other EU H2020 projects such as IDUNN, KRAKEN, ELECTRON, CROSSCON, TRUSTaWARE, IRIS, SPATIAL, ERATOSTHENES, SENTINEL, and ARCADIAN-IoT, brings its unique perspective to fortify the cluster’s initiatives.
A key strategy adopted by the “SecureCyber Cluster” involves establishing a unified brand identity. This includes a distinctive logo and a dedicated LinkedIn page titled “SecureCyber Cluster – Enhancing Cybersecurity”, which will serve as a central platform for disseminating valuable insights, updates, and collaborations.
The synergies and joint initiatives within the “SecureCyber Cluster” are expected to yield substantial outcomes. These include a more substantial contribution to future cybersecurity policies, heightened awareness of existing and anticipated cybersecurity challenges, and the amalgamation of collective knowledge to develop effective solutions. The collaborative efforts aim to amplify the impact of individual projects, enriching the cybersecurity landscape within the EU.
